Lord, we confess that this is not bread or juice but Your Body and Blood that was broken and shed for the forgiveness of our sins, to deliver us and give us Your Salvation. Lord, with full honor and respect and with the heart of repentance and forgiveness we take your Holy Communion. Thank You, Lord, for Your Precious Blood. Thank You, Jesus."
